BRIEF: To create an identity and marketing collateral for the property development - Knolle Park.
Knolle Park alludes to some of Liverpool’s most prestigious residential addresses. It is the modern realisation of an idea with abiding appeal and desirability – an exclusive residential community with a unifying design ethos and bucolic ambience.
OUTCOME: My branding seeks to express and reconcile the scheme’s core values and most distinctive and marketable attributes.
This logo reflects the bold modernist geometry of the new architecture and the scheme’s elegant contemporary aesthetic.
The font and colour palette balance these references with a softer organic feel – underscoring the fact that this was and will remain a genuine park with a predominantly green and natural character.
Together these strands forge an identity that is classical, understated and desirable.
